| 2 | Tuesday 23 July | PATHWAYS/SENIOR CHOICES WEBSITE OPENS Existing Year 8-11 Students can now enter their 2025 subject preferences via the Pathways/Senior Choices website. New families use the New Student Subject Plan available on the Subject Selection website. |

| 4 | Thursday 8 August | 3:00pm | PATHWAYS AND SENIOR SUBJECT SELECTIONS CLOSE All current Year 8-11 students must submit their 2025 subject preferences by this date. ALL Applications for VCE/VET Advancements, RITE Journey and Youth Ministry are also due. |
| 6 | Monday 19 - Tuesday 20 August | ADVANCEMENT INTERVIEWS – VCE/VET Existing students who applied for an Advanced VCE or VET subject will be emailed their interview time and location. New students wishing to advance will have their discussion during their enrolment interview. |

| 6 | Wednesday 21 - Thursday 22 August | SUBJECT INTERVIEWS – RITE JOURNEY/YM Existing students who applied for the RITE Journey or Youth Ministry subject will be emailed their interview time and location. New students will have their application reviewed and have a discussion during their enrolment interview. |

| 9 | Friday 13 September | INTERVIEW NOTIFICATION Students who applied for RITE Journey, Youth Ministry or to advance in VCE or VET subjects should have received an email notifying them of the outcome of their application/interview by this date. |
